Step out of Leela Fields onto a country walk. Climb over the style, through the fields, along the footpath and if it takes your fancy down to the local pub, the Buffalow. Or circle around the country lane, past the stream and come back through the field. Venture a little futher and the path takes you though the riding stable and up the hill, down across the railway bridge, through the field with the cows in it and back up the lane. The air smells good. Breathe it in and enjoy. You will be energised yet relaxed.
