Rules and Conditions

Please read the following which is for the benefit of all site users.

Chalet/holiday home There is no smoking in the holiday homes or in the pine chalets, excepting the verandah. Pets are not permitted in the units.

Touring and Camping At least 6 metres must be left between your caravan/tent(s) and other tourers/campers. Cars must not be driven on the grass more than necessary and at a maximum of 5mph and must not encroach on neighbouring pitches. Proprietary barbecues, only, may be used. Pets are not permitted on the campsite. 

All guests Keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Put litter in the park refuse containers provided and please recycle glass, paper and tins to help the environment. Lighting of open fires and digging holes in the ground are prohibited. Parents must be responsible for their children at all times. Be considerate of others. Behaviour which adversely affects the enjoyment of others or damages the site could result in the management asking you to leave.

Booking and arrival information

Pine chalets and caravan holiday homes are open all year excepting the last weekend in May and the whole of August. Please call to check availability. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 28 days before your arrival. No refund will be made after that date. Office hours are normally 9am to 6pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, please let us know beforehand so we can arrange to meet you. Maximum booking is 6 weeks.

Touring and camping park. Is open from April to October, excepting the last weekend in May and most of August – call for details. If you arrive late please pitch quietly and report to reception the next morning. Maximum booking period is 2 weeks, which may be renewed at the discretion of the management, for up to 6 weeks in total.

Detailed information

All our static units have mains water, drainage, sewerage and electric (240 Volts). Beds are made up to your request – twin or double. Hand towels and tea-towels are provided and bath towels are available for hire on request

The Pine Chalets are 32 x 20 feet, 6 berth, have electric lighting, piped gas central heating, cooking and hot water.

The Caravan Holiday Homes are 35 x 12 feet, 4 berth, have piped gas cooking, hot water and some heating plus metered electric heating and lighting.

The Touring and Camping Park has concrete and gravel drives, 4 hard standings and 20 hookups. There are drinking water outlets, an amenity block with 6 toilets (one with baby-changing area), 3 urinals, a hair dryer, a sink for dishwashing, a sink for washing clothes, a coin-operated washing machine and a tumble dryer. Ironing facilities are available for use by request.
